Not only are Mbrace’s qualified personnel on hand to guide clients through the often uncertain times which face them once the Oracle HRMS has gone live. Mbrace also feel they have a duty to equip the client with the necessary tools to support the system themselves. We understand that many clients find it a frightening prospect to support the system independently, and therefore we offer a number of different support propositions depending upon the nature of the implementation.
