In our opinion too many consultancies dedicate wasted time and effort developing their own implementation methodology which is rarely adopted by clients. If nothing else, successful implementations have taught us that although each Oracle HRMS project is unique, they must all go through the same stages. 
 
Depending upon the constraints placed on a client certain stages may be given a higher profile than others. We therefore advise the client as to the methodology approach that would best suit the implementation once all the facts regarding the implementation are fully established. We ask the tough questions that help clients move beyond today's needs, to continually extend the value of HR across the enterprise. 
 
This allows the right degree of effort to be exerted at each stage of the project life cycle, thus eliminating the possibility of future breakdowns in the project. 
 
Experience has taught us that most clients are happy to use a methodology which is usually some variant of Oracle’s ‘AIM’ (Application Implementation Methodology).
